How long does production take before shipping?

Remember, each item is made just for you! This means it takes a little extra time to deliver than a pre-made product. I believe it’s worth the wait to ensure you get a freshly printed item. It also helps reduce unnecessary waste and over-production. 🌟 🌎 ♥️Production usually takes:For Journals - 3‑5 business days (peak seasons may add 1‑2 days)For Posters, cards & calendar - 1‑3 business days (printed at the hub nearest to you)During peak seasons or holidays, this may increase slightly.

When will I receive my order?

Once printing is complete, your chosen shipping method determines the transit time. Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (like holidays) or due to unexpected delays.Please, review my Shipping Policy for more detailed information on shipping times and costs.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are made to order, no returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item is defective or damaged. See below for defective cases.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, email me at anastasia@thezenacrobat.com within 25 days of the shipment date, along with a photo of the issue. I’ll coordinate with the print partner to arrange a one-time free replacement at no extra cost to you.Note that minor colour variation between print runs is normal and not considered a defect.

My package never showed up. Now what?

If your order doesn’t arrive after the estimated delivery timeframe, please let me know. Lost shipments via Priority or International Mail may be eligible for a one-time reorder if they haven’t arrived by 28 days from shipment. Reach me at anastasia@thezenacrobat.com, and I’ll investigate with the supplier.

Wait, why does Express shipping still take a week or more? *sighs*

step 1. journal

This journal features six categories of self care worksheets: Fun, Social, Necessity, Health, and Break + Extra Adventurous. There is also an “Under 15 Minutes” subcategory for those moments when you’re short on time and family-friendly challenges.

For each challenge, you have two boxes to check: one if you’ve tried it and one if you decide it’s not for you. This way, no matter what, you’re ticking a box and marking progress. It’s a win-win situation—you either discover a new favorite activity or you learn more about what doesn’t work for you. Next to each challenge, there's also a space for reflection to jot down any thoughts or feelings about the activity, but no pressure if you don’t feel like it.

step 2. jot down your routine

At the end of the journal, you’ll get six sections, one for each category. Each section has a category on the front and a space on the back for you to write about your top self-care activities.

Cut them out and keep them close (you can always glue them onto a piece of carton or just staple/) on your desk and flip through them whenever you need a quick self-care reference

how to make the best of it?

You’ve probably noticed that there are quite a few challenges here. This might be a wee bit stressful for those who love organization and are perfectionists. So here are two example ways you can approach it (or do a mixture of both):

for those who love structure

Treat it as a 30-day self care challenges worksheet and do a different challenge every day. This is best for periods where there are not many "must-s" in your week and you feel like you're enjoying these versus doing them because you have to.

for those who want to take it easy

More intuitively, any time you feel like you’re in the mood for one of the categories. The Break category can be very effective if you’re feeling like you have nothing in the tank.

for those in-between

Pick 3-5 challenges for the week ahead and add them to your to-do list (but again, don’t force yourself to do them if you really don’t feel like it).
